Personal Branding Session
Wondering what it is like to do a personal branding session?
Let me take you through the process so you can understand why it is one of the most important things you can do for your business in 2025.
Every client will start with either an in person or phone consultation where I get the opportunity to hear your story and learn about your brand. I want to know everything about your business so I can craft your session directly to your brand, so don’t hold back this is your time to shine.
After that initial meeting I will prepare your proposal and contract for review and approval. As you know no two brands are the same and therefore no two sessions will be priced the same as your wants and needs will be different from theirs but know I have your best interest in mind and can work with any budget. My passion and love language is seeing other businesses succeed and knowing that I helped them.
Once everything has been reviewed and approved we move onto my very favorite part, planning! I will take all my notes from our initial meeting and create a set of storyboards for our shoot that will include outfit choices, location options, and any specific requests you have asked for. They will be sent to you upon completion for review and approval, this is your time to ask questions and make changes. In addition you will also receive a session prep guide that is going to go over the importance of being camera ready and what exactly that means. In an era of AI an photoshop I hear more often than not “you can fix that in post right?” and honestly sometimes I can but it will be costly and timely for you if I have to send it out and then there are somethings that cannot be fixed without looking fake.
Upon approval we will schedule your shoot for a date that is 2-3 weeks out from approval, this gives you time to shop for your session as well as allows me time to secure any locations and items we need for the session. Know that you are not alone in getting prepared for this session, I am here every step of the way to answer questions, give styling advice, connect you with a rockstar hairstylist/barber or makeup artist.
Shoot day is here! We will meet at the location, run through our schedule and get started right away so no second of your time is wasted hanging around. I will have arrived before you and set out your favorite snacks, drinks and playlist to keep us moving. Depending on what we’ve planned you can expect to spend anywhere from a few hours to the full day with me. If we are spending the full day together I will be having your favorite lunch delivered as well.
Post shoot I will cull and edit your images true to color with basic retouching (color correction/exposure/minor blemish removal). I edit branding sessions true to color so that if you have a certain filter that you apply to all your images for your brands aesthetics you can. These are not my images, they are yours and you are buying the rights to use them to fit your brand not mine. Your gallery will be delivered to you within 72 hours of our shoot and you will have 72 hours to make your selections based upon the number of images you selected in your contract. Can’t narrow it done because they are all so amazing? Awesome, you have the option to immediately upgrade within your gallery and get access to all your favorites.
